Returns

For most products bought online, you have the legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to change your mind within the 14 day Cooling-Off period and receive a refund.

As our product is an ingestible supplement drink, the right to change your mind does not apply, and we cannot accept returns due to quality control, and health & safety. We take great care in producing our product and cannot re-stock food products once they have left our control. 

Return Policy

If you would like to return any Product(s), please contact us at contact@savywellness.com within five (5) days of your order, stating the original order number. We will cover the cost of such return and will provide a shipping label to send the Product back to us. Once we receive the Product(s) back, we will issue a refund for such Product(s). This return policy does not apply to any Product(s) received as part of your subscription.

UK Orders

We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour shipping all UK orders. 

Any orders received on Friday after 4pm will be dispatched the following Monday morning. Any orders due for delivery on a bank holiday will be delivered on the next working day following the bank holiday. If an order is placed on a bank holiday, it will not be processed until the next working day, and the delivery timings for the next working day will apply.

UAE Orders

We offer free next day delivery on all orders.

International Orders

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
